Villa Verdiana is in the countryside of Agro Pontino, between Aprilia and Latina. The beaches of Nettuno and Anzio are a 10-minute drive away. The baseball stadium is nearby, and parking is free.

Loved the warm welcome and goodbye from the very friendly staff - and Tom, the cat who decided to nap on my lap as I was about to leave. Very cute property with Italian charm and very friendly owners.

First of all it’s a beautiful place, and the people working there is amazing. I need to go home before time because of a personal matter, and they were so nice about it, also driving me to the train station. Such a nice staff.

The accommodation is very close to the center and also to the train station and beaches. In a quiet part of town. The hosts are very kind.
The accommodation we stayed in is tidy and comfortable, there is enough space. There are several small shops nearby, but also a larger supermarket in the center.

We love that staying in Nettuno is not like a British package holiday.
It is a very Italian working town based on the coast.
The local people are very friendly and generally speak good English, although Google Translate is a godsend.
The beach up near the Church is beautiful. Clean sand, comfortable sunbeds and a lovely beach bar/restaurant, with an ever changing menu.
There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the town and we found that nothing was overpriced. A two course meal for two with wine cost around 75Euro.
We loved sitting on our little balcony, overlooking the statue of Neptune, with a bottle of wine, watching the world go by.
We found Nettuno quite by chance due to a family wedding in the area last year; we vowed then to come back for longer and this lovely little town did not disappoint. We will definitely return!

It’s a real buzz of a town.
It’s a real buzz of a town. Not homogeneous as some cities but lots of local bars and restaurants serving great food.
The old buildings look better from a distance. There is little to find out about the fort or the old town but they are nice to walk around.
The ruins of Roman Emperor Nero’s villa are nearby but again there is little there other than the outline of the buildings. It would have been awesome when it was built set on a headline with fantastic views
Quattro la pizza was an amazing restaurant with an internal courtyard were approximately 40 of us ate dinner one evening. As the name suggests they specialise in pizza so don’t go there looking for pasta as you’ll be disappointed. The pizzas were so good though we did go back another evening for seconds.
If you are going to drive in Nettuno do not get a big car. Your sat Nav may take you down narrow streets where having a big car is a real inconvenience.

I have traveled for over 30 years, this rates as one of the worst places I have ever stayed. It is old, smelly, musty, cold, no one on site. You need to tell them exactly when you will arrive, the owner lives 20 miles away. You can't access the property as it is gated, almost impossible to find. There is a banner on the outside of the building that is tucked in with any others. The owners do not speak any English and our Italian is fair at best. Everything communicates through an APP. Once outside the unit, the gate to the yard is 10 ft long, no key access, no handles and the metal gate is very difficult to slide open and close. I am a pretty strong guy and had so much trouble opening this gate. Next you come to the downstairs of the condo. Same situation with the gate to enter the house. Once in you must lock both doors. The downstairs they call the common area. It is so musty and 1960's. Has a small kitchen a few tables and they do not turn the heat on. Up to the room, small uncomfortable bed, the bathroom had a major leak around the window and in the morning there was about 4 gallons of water on the floor. Looking at the wall you could see this is not the first time it leaked. Small t.v. small sitting area, Again 1960's. You have to text them through the app and ask them to turn the heat on and off or up and down as needed. They turn the heat off completely about 11 p.m. and you can't get in touch with them. The upstairs has a small balcony area that overlooks all the other homes. Again the metal gates on the doors are so heavy to move, and really nothing to go out there for. Breakfast, the women shows up at 8:20 keeps her coat on because it is so cold. Puts out a small display. coffee. This rates as a negative number to me and I would not recommend this to anyone. The photos they show on the web site, certainly were staged photos. This place stinks

whichever one you prefer, a sandy beach that extends indefinitely, ideal for young children, what I personally don't like is that you have to walk a lot from the coast to get to the depths of the swimming sea

Great little place with wonderful beaches and restaurants.
Great little place with wonderful beaches and restaurants. Only one hour away from Tome by train (€3.60). Has a medieval part full of restaurants near the marina. Rent your car in Rome though! Locally they will rob you blind especially for an automatic! Near Anzio where you can get on a ferry or a hydrofoil and go to gorgeous island of Ponzo.
Very good location just across the marina and 5min to the sandy beach. Old town 5-7min and train station 5min. Train from Rome 1h11min, one way ticket 3,60eur/person.
Breakfast was good with scrambeled eggs, bacon, cheese, ham, salami, croissants, breads, fruits, joghurt, different cakes, cereals, juices, good coffee. You have to order coffee and cold milk for cereals from the nice breakfast lady.
Our room (for 3 persons) was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Comfy beds and good pillows. Good blinding curtains.
It was insanely difficult to get into the property to get the keys eventually . its almost funny *i felt like i had to do a dance, recite a difficult poem and then click my heels together 3 times to finally get in.......... but once you get in past the crazy steps to finally get the key ...... then the property exceeded my expectations ...... it is beautiful and on a private beach and Nettuno is a magical place .......
Very cozy apartment, excellent host Antonio, brought us even blankets, as one lady was cold. Was inquiring is everything going normal and if there is anything else they could do. We felt comfortable. Thanks! The location just perfect, in the old Town, close to beach and restaurants)) The view from the balcony is amazing!!! To a Marina with hundreds of yachts! Super! Highly recommended!
Lorys home was just perfect for us. We stayed there for 6 days togheter with our 2 girls. Lory was just lovely from start to end.
The appartment is located i the middle of the old Town and just 3-5 minutes walk to the Beach.
We enjoyed the best icecream and the kids crepes with nutella only 50 meters from the appartment every day!
The food at the restaurant was great. Breakfast was terrific, with plenty of good food. Our dinner was amazing, one of the finest meals we had during our entire Italian vacation. The hotel is out in the quiet countryside, but close enough to Nettuno and Anzio to enjoy all that those cities have to offer.
Wonderful apartments. New renovation, equipment. location in the old part of the city: old fort, train station, beach shops - everything is within minutes. I especially want to note - the terrace is more than 45 sq. m. and a very friendly hostess. Everyone is very pleased. Highly recommend ☺️
Probably it is the best apartment that I have ever booked on Booking. It has everything you need and even more! Very beautiful, clean and stylish. The location is perfect: close to the railway station, supermarket and the beach. I will definitely stay here when I come to Nettuno again.
Property is beautiful well manicured. Rooms are modern, large and extremely comfortable. Breakfast excellent. In my twelve years traveling in Italy this was the best property we stayed at. You need a car, but it is only minutes from Anzio and Nettuno. Host and staff great.
« Lovely place just nearby the sea, very enjoyable with family or friends, everything can be done by walk. The owners are flexible and attentive to details, the flat was clean and as expected. I do recommend if you want a flat with car park litterally on the beach ! »
Very centrally located hotel (a couple of minutes walk away from the old city and the harbor) that is well-maintained, clean and comfortable. It is run by a sweet, kind family, who were very helpful during our stay. Overall, a very solid option in Nettuno.
Room was very nice and comfortable clean and good daily room service, location is very central to Nettuno, lots of shops, bars, restaurants, beaches, close to train station.
Very walkable to everything Nettuno has to offer.
Absolutely amazing stay! beautiful place with everything you could possibly need. very well kept with lovely decor. will definitely return to Nettuno just to stay here again.
Very nice place, center of Nettuno, everything you need for a special time. So many Restaurants, seafood pasta, shopping, beaches, everthing to make a fantastic vaccation.
