Everything was perfect. Sergio is a great host. He explained very well for check in and he was always in contact with me. If we come again to Como , we will definitely stay in this accommodation. We wish we could stay more. Room was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Location is very central. Quiet area but very close to lake and shopping/restaurant area.

Everything was superb! Pietro met us at the apartment. He was very welcoming and gave a couple of good advice. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and the view from the balcony is just stunning! I’d stay there forever :) It takes less than a minute to get to the train station, city centre, funicular and a supermarket. Also there are quite a lot of nice restaurants around. So I’d highly recommend this place to stay in Como :)

It is VERY well suited to a family or to multiple couples needing a place to stay together. The host was very warm and friendly. She left the kitchen well stocked. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Including an substantial breakfast at one of the cafe nearby .     My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay in this spacious, comfortable and well appointed apartment. The Piazza Vittoria bus stop is steps away from the front door so you have access to getting around the city besides walking. The bed is comfortable and all necessary cookware and tableware is available for you to cook at home. Federica and Michele are truly professional and kept in communication with me from the booking to the last text after we had checked out. We’re very happy and highly recommended this flat. Great job Federica and Michele.

    A good size modern apartment with underfloor cooling which was very pleasant. The apartment was well equipped for self catering. Highly recommended.

    Amazing location!!! A very modern apartment that is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you'll need for a short stay. Nick was a very welcoming host. We hope to return in the near future.
